Terms of service — Osmoz 3D

In short

Osmoz 3D provides 3D printing, prototyping and engineering-advice services. Orders are placed through the quote form on the site; a quote sets out the service, price and payment terms. An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and the terms of service. Payment is made by bank transfer, under the conditions shown on the quote and invoices — no payment is taken online.

The provider has an obligation of means and works to professional standards. Delivery times are indicative. Osmoz 3D retains the intellectual property rights to its own contributions (3D modelling, technical choices, optimisations) unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Consumer mediation

Consumer clients who have sent a written complaint without a satisfactory reply within one month may refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer ombudsman: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — litiges@cm2c.net — cm2c.net.
