FAQ

Your questions, our answers

The most requested information about our 3D printing services. A question not covered here? Get in touch.

What types of parts can be made with 3D printing?
Prototypes as well as small and medium runs of functional, aesthetic or presentation parts. FDM and resin technologies let us tailor strength, fineness and finish to your need.
Which materials do you use?
A wide range of plastics (PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon…), with resin printing and post-processing handled in-house. We advise you on the right material according to the technology and the end use.
How much does 3D printing cost?
The price depends on the size and volume, the material and the complexity. We provide a free quote once we receive your 3D file or study your project.
I don't have a 3D file. Can you help me design the part?
Yes — we support you in design and engineering. 3D modelling is possible from a simple sketch or an idea.
What is the manufacturing lead time?
It depends on the production workload and the complexity: a few days for a simple prototype, more for a large run or a complex part.
How do I send my files to get a quote?
Via our contact form (with file upload), by email, or in direct contact for complex projects.
Do you handle finishing (sanding, painting…)?
We handle support removal and a primary clean-up. For advanced finishing, we point you towards specialist partners.
Can we meet you or visit the workshop?
Yes, we are based in Isigny-sur-Mer (Normandy) and welcome visitors by appointment to discuss your project and see the machines.
Do you work on confidential projects?
Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and handle your enquiries with discretion.
Can I work with you if I'm not in Normandy?
Of course — we work remotely across all of France and beyond: video conferencing, email, phone, and shipping by carrier.
What types of clients do you serve?
Individuals, industry professionals, designers, creators and startups.
Do you offer support for iterations and optimisation?
Yes: we support you on optimisation (weight, robustness, material savings) and on the iteration process, through to product validation.
